New home build.
I am interested in an estimate. We own the land. Well, is in. May need a new septic. Can we use our land for part of the down payment to build? Also, we are selling our property in Kenai. Possibly a small 1200 sq ft house with a metal shop and apartment? We moved out of our home in Kenai and renting a senior apartment in Kenai. My husband has Alzheimer’s and trying to figure out what is best for us. Our son lives on the property now and would like to purchase it but think we ought to see what it would cost to build w/possible he is living in the “apt.” Shop. or if not, us living here and building what it would cost him to build a shop w/small apt. saying that, we do have drawings of a house. Not sure it would fit on the property.
