Real Estate sites like Zillow are helpful in determine average home selling prices and shows square footage,to give you an idea of the current market in a particular area. Home building vs.selling prices don’t even come close,but the site gives you an economical demographic of whether its high end homes,or average market priced homes. Great way to forecast flucuating trends,where the market is going,and how it affects the the cost of home building.
