I'm just looking to find some interesting options to explore the transition of about 100 acres of existing commercial space in Antioch in and around the Sommerville Mall into a mixed-use, medium- or high-density, extremely sustainable, and walkable community area to revitalize a central part of the city. This area is conveniently located near transportation corridors, industry, and Los Medanos Community College.
