Multi-Carpentry Work
I live in a modular home in a modular home retirement community. My home is stucco and has a tile roof. There is an entrance/exit door in one bedroom, and water leaks under it into the room. Don't need a door there. Want it replaced with a window. Exterior stucco repair must be part of the job bid. Can use existing header. Need work to be guaranteed against leaking.
