Home Addition
I bought a new home from Stanley Martin builder, in Williams Grove sub division in Apex NC. The house is on a slab, with screen porch at back. I want to convert screen porch into a room, with hvac + electric extend the porch all the way to the end of the house. Add butler pantry, windows and one door. The current home plan show existing home plan. Addition option2 file shows all my plan in red and blue. Blue is slab to keep BBQ grill.
