New flooring
Upstairs original wood flooring is 60+ years old, squeeks and groans every step. Time to replace, but will probably replace with something other than wood. House is 1 level with completed below ground basement. New flooring required upstairs for two bedrooms, hallway and living room, approximately 750 sf. Home is currently occupied so project must include manpower to move furniture, etc. either room to room, or out of house, then return when completed.
