Seeking quotes to complete a mid-progress primary bath remodel. This was an insurance project. The crew assigned made some errors (wrong grout color, didn't verify tile dye lots, and installed color variations), then walked off the job, offering a credit to repair errors and complete the job.
I represent the homeowner, a client, and a friend. (He is dealing with a health issue, so I'm assisting to get his home restored to full use.)
