Multi-Residential Work
First, I purchased a standard aluminum ladder to replace the one currently in my garage. Second, I'm in the process of changing out most of the trim in my home and repainting all my rooms. I need an estimate for my 10' tall entryway and dining room: replace all trim, wanscoating needs an update, or just remove and texture walls to match rest of the rooms and paint the walls. Plus, I need estimate to clean-up and paint front door and side lights (both sides). These are things I hope to complete before end of year. Depending on cost on the above I would also like to replace most of the tile in my master bath, remove popcorn ceiling and install shiplap on the ceiling which includes a skylite approx. max height of 4feet.
