I am going to be renovating a unit(<900 sq.ft.) in our multi-family building. The scope will involve removing a load bearing wall and installing a beam to provide support for open floor plan, kitchen and bath renovation and Title 24 to add a heat pump. We are also looking a best use scenarios for a parcel adjacent to our building(. At this point I am interviewing architects for these scopes and future projects.
