convert an existing garage into a bedroom, with appropriate permit from township. garage floor is lower than the house so need to have a flooring installed (with crawl space underneath), 70x60 window infront of house and siding to match existing look. laminate flooring, 6 recessed lighting, add a walk in closet, no plumbing except to extend out a water pipe in the garage to the outside wall, connect to existing home heating (baseboard) and airconditioning duct from attic.
