Carpenter estimates ( Already have knobs, handles, countertops, cabinets)
- Estimate for replacing all door knobs and locks
- Replace Upper deck boards and railing and lower deck and repair fence
and stain to match
- Estimate to install floors and railings on the deck
- Install new door hinges
- Install a new storm door
- Replace missing fences
- Replace two bathroom doors and rando doors
Framing
- Remove the upper wall between dining and kitchen and move electrical and
patch and paint as needed.
Drywall ( Labor only) We already have the drywall
- Repair all damaged drywall.
Foyer ( Labor only)
- Patch and put up railing
