Walk-out Garage Foundation Work
I would like to build a garage with a 650+ sq ADU on top. Lot is sloped, 40ft fall. Proposed location is back of lot + driveway onto Georgia St. Backwall would need 15ft height to dirt, no surcharge. Needs proper drainage management and water proofing. This portion of work is for walk-out garage foundation. I can talk part of Sunday or Monday.
