replace front porch posts on house built in 2001 by RCI
Our front porch posts seem to be made of wood and have some rot at the bottom that is causing the railing to droop and spindles to fall out. RCI built the house in 2001 and cut a lot of corners. We want to have the posts and railing replaced. We would like a long lasting material not subject to rot.
