Kitchen Remodel
The project is for a kitchen remodel of a home built in 1929. Kitchen has been updated several times but is out of date. We would like to do the following:
--Remove/replace tile flooring (approximately 270 sq ft); may also need to replace baseboards
--Restore cabinets (replace drawers, reface and replace shelves, and keep basic framework to preserve historic look)
--Replace and vent stove hood
--Add about 4 feet of new cabinetry (glass doors)
--Resuface countertop (remove tile and replace with quartz or marble) (approx 30 sq ft)
--Install custom benches in one corner (for a dining nook)
--Replace sink (with sink we will provide)
--Replace faucet (with hardware we will provide)
--Replace window over sink
--Replace light fixture over sink
