this is less a remodel, more a large addition.

I'd like to tackle three items: 1. Add a four-season sunroom. 2. Add a deck off the master bedroom on top of the sunroom. 3. Remodel the kitchen to add more space. More details: I'd like to add an addition to replace the back patio, add in drainage to redirect water, and move the outdoor HVAC unit. Looking for an addition like a four-season sunroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. On top of this, I'd like a small deck (10x10) to provide a walkout option from the master bedroom. Lastly, I'd like to redo the layout of the kitchen, adding more counterspace and cabinetry, as well as a range hood pulling any air/fumes outside.

Looking for pricing on an addition to our second floor as part of the process to reframe our existing roof. Currently we only really have second floor space on half of the house.
