Second Floor Extension
I have a 2nd-floor loft area that overlooks my main floor entry. I would like to extend my 2nd floor to cover my main floor entryway. The space is 9' x 10' to include rewiring/installing a couple ceiling lights and an electrical outlet. This extension should include the installation of engineered hardwood flooring, drywalling, texturizing, painting, wall/floor trim, and finishings. I will disclose my budget after reviewing estimates. I will be available to talk with contractors.
