Our desire is the list below to be completed by July 11, 2026 The 32’x23’ exterior roof needs to be replaced. The exterior roof was built over a flat roof. We would like to remove the inner flat roof to permit open rafters inside. We would like to have the exterior roof extended over the existing 10’x32’ deck. We want to remove the deck and put flooring and walls up to enclose it for living space. This would need to have sonotubes to support the floor and roof. Framing the new addition would include two windows and a door. Framing in new windows to the pond-facing wall (~ 6 6’x6’). After completion, the whole structure vinyl.
