Scope of Work:
-Current add on of a family room that she wants to tear down and extend it
-Adjacent to that room, there is a primary bathroom and bedroom that needs to be extended out
-4ft extension of primary bed/bath
-Extend the family room out
-Total of around 528 sq ft of new space
-Kitchen needs to be redone- all cosmetic upgrades, layout will stay the same. Add a peninsula- seating for two
-Other main bathroom needs to be redone- all cosmetic, walk in shower, replace toilet, vanity, upgrade lighting
-New flooring throughout the whole home- LVP, carpet in bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms
-Electrical and plumbing to be looked at, if needs to be updated, willing to explore that
-Air conditioner that needs to be replaced and moved, moved from a cabinet adjacent to the kitchen up...
