Chimney Leak Repair And Turbine Vent Replacement
I have an old chimney in the house that comes through the living room. Sometimes, it leaks when it rains or snow melts. It even had some liquid when it didn't rain the other day. It leaks down the sides and also leaks into the tub on the other side of the wall where you don't see it. I need the leak fixed. Also, I have a turbine vent on the roof over the attic. It's electric but doesn't work. It gets so hot in there in the summer. Someone said I need a new one, and it has to be installed from outside on the roof.
