Electrical Update
I just bought a home in Bandon, Oregon. There is an electrical box in the garage that has been improperly wired and has loose wires exposed. It needs to be corrected and enclosed to prevent a fire. There also needs to be a couple of more breakers added to place the wiring into these breakers. The rest of the garage is wired. It is just the electrical box has wires piggybacking, and it needs to have their own breakers, plus another little box to put some of the loose wires in.
