Structural/Foundation Drawings
I have a 12' x 28' gable roof shed that is classified as a risk category 1 structure that I want to make all needed structural and foundation upgrades for it to comply to the codes of a risk category 2 structure designed for human habitation. I am applying for a permit in EBRP. Structure to be used as a home office. See attached building drawings. Going to need structural, electrical and plumbing plans but has COs for the work. need foundation sub and designs.
