Hardscape Alteration
The property owner on the south side of the home complains of water from my yard going under the fence and causing erosion.
I need to find a remedy since she complained to the homeowners association.
Bottom line, I got a letter from the association about a complaint from my neighbor to the south. She says water is running off my patio into her backyard and causing erosion. Her property is approximately 1 to 2 feet lower than mine. I need to find a solution to prevent any type of runoff. If interested, please reach out.
