Please Include Two Bids
Roof Bid
1. Remove two courses of existing shingles
2. Replace any damaged/rotted plywood sheeting, please indicate number of sheets included in bid and location, as estimated based on inspection
3. Include price of any additional plywood required. Show damaged area to owner for approval before replacing.
4. Indicate type of underlayment used
5. Replace ridge vent, indicate make model
6. Replace old flashing, install new flashing where needed to do proper weatherproofing
7. Install drip edge on all edges, include eaves and rake
8. Connect new pipe vents to existing fan ducts (kitchen and bath)
9. Cover over 8” stove...
