Residential Remodel
(1) We had an invasion of mites mostly through the bathroom vent apparently. Wife learned moisture brings them. (2) Installers of new rain gutters pointed out improper installation of siding up near the roof (near the bathroom where the mites appeared). (3) Heavy rains bring water seeping into our garage on the floor (1-car garage, slab house). (4) Some siding coming loose at bottom of one side of house. (5) There is some thin veneer sandstone facing in front and builder did not put on enough (I'd like to talk about this).
