Porch to Patio Conversion
Tear down the screen porch and leave the roof.
Cover the concrete floor with wood used for outdoor.
2-foot-high aluminum or vinyl fence around the patio, which is about 14’ X 14’.
Maybe paint white under the roof and the wooden posts that now support it.
