Sprinkler System
This property is currently a two-family home but is zoned for three families. The third unit has been gutted, but the zoning allows for a three-family structure. The Town of Belchertown requires a sprinkler system for any property with more than two units.
Additionally, there’s a possibility that this home could qualify as a four-unit building. I’d like to know if you’re able to extend the sprinkler system to cover a potential fourth unit, should the town approve it.
