Deck Rapair
The deck is 30+ years old. Some parts have been exposed to weather and are deteriorating. Two sets of steps and a ramp need replacing. One triangular portion of the deck is sinking at the corner and needs replacing. Much of the top railing needs replacing.
I am in and out a lot as I coordinate a weekend food for kids program for 255 kids weekly. I purchased all the food and coordinated filling the bags for each kid and the distribution at their respective schools by noon on Thursday. With the holiday on Monday, it cuts my time even shorter. Mainly it will be replacing materials that have been exposed to weather (most of the deck is under an awning) over the last 30+ years and are rotting and/or slipping/sinking due to ground settling.
