My husband and I will be closing on the house indicated on 6 Sept 2024. We would like to see if someone is available that weekend to provide us two roof quotes: one for standard shingles and one for high impact class 4 shingles (our insurance Statefarm said that we would get a discount on our annual if we got these high impact shingles). We would also like to know how much aninspection would cost us. The roof is allegedly the original roof from when the house was built in 2000s, so we'd like to have a new roof installed as soon as possible after we've moved in. The roof is good enough to last the winter so we are looking to have the roof replaced next year when the weather gets better for reroofing
