Custom Home Build
The builder must submit at least three (3) recent (no more than four (4) year old) homes as examples of projects similar in scope and value as the proposed home. Homes may not be built for the contractor or the contractor’s family members.
The limits of public liability (including products and completed operations liability) shall not be less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence, a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage subject to an annual aggregate of $2,000,000.00 applicable to products and completed operations liability.
We already have the house design and the land. We are ready to start building, we need a cost estimate, and we are thinking about providing some finishing materials and other construction materials.
