Home Remodel
Three inter-related projects:
1. a. New 200+ amp electrical panel, with new circuits for electric car charger, point-of-use water heater, heat pump, and potential future solar roof; b) new outside point-of-use water heater to replace existing inside 50-gallon gas-fired water heater, with new piping as needed ; c) heat pump to replace 31-year-old gas-fired furnace in crawlspace.
2. Remodel kitchen to remove existing water heater (see item 1.b., above), move washer-dryer to a new location with associated new plumbing and electrical connections, replace small window behind current washer/dryer with large window facing a garden.
3. Repair/replace existing wooden steps from kitchen to garden and existing small deck and wooden steps from living room to garden.
