Fiberglass pool 17 x 38 is leaking slowly and is no longer desired. It is surrounded by patio-cement slabs. A small drain for rain and pool splashed water installed in the cement runs along the rear of the house and is piped into the culvert at the rear of the property. The cement patio between the pool body, which runs south to north close to and along the back of the house, is slightly slanted toward the drain. Pool piping runs under the cement and discharge empties into the rear culvert. A patio cover is anchored in the cement patio across the rear of the house, south to north, and a covered patio exists on the northern, shallow side of the pool, also anchored in the cement floor.
