Replace a maxed out 100 A residential panel (need advice for how big of a replacement to put in based on the extra work and plans below).
- Add a 240 V 30A double breaker and add/wire a NEMA 14-30R (dryer outlet) about 6 ft away.
- Add GFCI protection to kitchen and 3 bathroom circuits.
- Run wire, add wall switch and overhead lighting to 3 rooms (can tie into existing circuits for this). Do not include cost of new light fixtures, just connecting them.
- Run wire, add wall switch for 2 bathroom exhaust fan/heater/light combos. Assume will need dedicated circuits added/ran for the heaters. I can get some length measurements for the copper runs, but the longest lateral run from the breaker box to the corner of the house is about 50 ft, so that should be a decent worst case scenario to es...
