Whole Home Remodel
1. Need 2 exterior doors replaced.
2. Want the joint where the exterior walls meet the roof, and both sides of the beam down the middle of the home weatherproofed. There is 2" crown molding that would need to be removed and replaced to accomplish this. We had an energy audit done and he said we had the equivalent of a 2' square hole in our home. 3. Also want the all the windows interior trim removed and windows insulated and sealed.
4. Also want installed a Anderson bay window I own. There is no window currently where this will go.
5. Possibly want 100 amp service upgraded to 150 or 200 amp. This is desired due to current box is maxed out.
