The tower at 600 Wall St has a small triangular-shaped footprint and is located a few blocks southeast from the Space Needle. But unlike the\u00a0residential high-rises,\u00a0this complex will be much shorter with 5-7 stories, and\u00a0will include other\u00a0amenities such as <a href=\"https:\/\/seattle.curbed.com\/2016\/6\/7\/11876196\/columbia-city-3717-alaska-street\">multiple plazas, courtyards, and shopping areas<\/a>.
