EIFS Repair
We’re selling our house and the attached report came out of the inspection our buyers had done. I am attaching the entire report from the inspector, and we live at:
We’re looking to have the following components fixed based on our current contract:
1. Caulk and re caulk all areas indicated on the attached report adhering to manufacturer guideline (see Section 3 of attached report for pictures and specific areas). Sorry there are no page numbers on the inspector’s report, but the pictures are 3.1 Picture 1 and 2
2. Install some kick out flashings (see section 4.3 of attached report)
3. For the following three areas:
a. Picture 9.1 – Picture 2 (but not picture 1)
b. Picture 11.0 – Picture 2
c. Picture 11.0 – Picture 6
d. The buyer would like the EIFS repaired. Specifically, for Pictur...
