Apartment Renovation
We're considering buying a Boca West 2 BR, 2 Bath mid-rise apartment condo, approximately 1,200 s.f. with a LR terrace and kitchen terrace. The unit needs a full renovation including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, ceiling. Minor if any structural (wall changes), ie: opening up kitchen wall or perhaps kitchen terrace so it's incorporated into the unit. Not sure if windows need to be replaced or hurricane proof.
Please provide me an idea/estimate of how much we should budget for this project assuming use of good-quality materials. This will not be our primary home, so we're not looking for a high-end materials renovation.
