I am sending you the architectural sketch projects in AutoCAD format for the building we plan to construct on our lot located at 10021 Alabama St, Bonita Springs, 34135, Florida. Additionally, I am providing the permit document we obtained from the Army Corps of Engineers in PDF format. If you have any questions regarding other approvals, we can supply them as well.
As can be understood from the preliminary architectural plans, this building will be constructed using a reinforced concrete frame system. Since the ground consists of sand and has a high risk of settlement, the foundation should be designed as a floating raft foundation to mitigate this risk.
