Basement Remodel
Remove a 3" x 45" old modular shower, remove approx. 12-14" of false walls, and replace with a 58"-60" quality (like Kohler) soaking tub, quality surround, quality shower/tub plumbing fixtures, and quality glass sliding doors.
As it is the only shower/tub in the house, we will need at least the tub to be in within two to three days once the old shower is removed.
