Deck Work
One or two decks (redwood with PT beams and joists).
24x12 feet with steps.
One is elevated around 2-3 feet and the other around 5 feet. Both will require demolition.
The first one has a 4x6 walkway on one side of the building where the steps are located.
The second one is rectangular.
