Enclose current screened in porch and make an all season room.
Would like to have windows installed in place of the screens, replace ceiling fans, add Ac/heat. Change back door and possibly add a screen door.Josh has been here with the window guy and measured, so there should be some rough information about what the sq/foot age is.
