I am still looking for a contractor to install my new kitchen sink. I am afraid it is too small a job for your contractors. They called once but did not return calls. Do you have any who would come twice to measure for cabinets and then 6 wk later for one day to remove old sink and 5 cabinets and install new ones? Please reach out if you can help. Thank you.

Bathroom Remodel
I recently purchased a 20-year-old house, and the bathroom is still in its original condition. It has several issues, so I’m planning to remodel it in the next few years. I want to take some time to save money after the significant expense of buying the house. I’m still learning what’s possible with the available space and would appreciate some guidance. Here’s my current idea: stack the washer and dryer, then relocate the linen closet into the space where the dryer currently is. This would free up some room to expand the bathroom. Here’s my wishlist (understanding that some items might not be feasible due to space or plumbing constraints): Separate the toilet and sink from the shower, Japanese-style Eco-friendly toilet, sink, and shower Plenty of accessible storage in both the sink ...

Multi-Residential Work
I am one of the trustees to the trust that purchased the home. Closing will go through by June 28. We need a contractor(s) to give us an estimate based on the entire inspection report, as well as what might have been missed during the inspection. Our main concerns right now are safety, mold, and asbestos, drainage, plumbing, and electrical. Of note: - We want any asbestos removed from the property; - We want to know if it is worthwhile to replace the plumbing now, or if only part of the plumbing should be replaced; - We want to know if we should address the HVAC system now, seeing that it is over 35 years old and not energy efficient. We need a contractor to start work on the home ASAP. Please contact me if you're interested. Thanks!

Kitchen Sink and Cabinet Replacement
Project Description: Kitchen Sink and Cabinet Replacement This is not a remodel project, but a replacement of the existing kitchen sink and cabinets. My condo on the Arborway in JP currently has an old Youngstown kitchen sink and cabinet set that are completely worn out. I plan to replace them as soon as possible. I have already met with Debbie Baker at Frank Webb and selected a large farmhouse apron fireclay sink by Nantucket Sinks (model: Hyannis-39-DBL). I also worked with Ron Rowell at Metropolitan Cabinets to finalize a design using their Cityline cabinet line. If you are interested in this project, please reach out. Thank you!
