Multi-Family New Construction
I’m the son of the owners at 124 Academy Hill Rd, Brighton MA—our family home was destroyed in a fire on April 1. I’m managing the rebuild of a 10‑unit multi‑family building (7x three‑bedroom ~1,250–1,600 sq ft; 3x one‑bedroom ~750 sq ft; with underground garage). We’re working with an architect and zoning lawyer and expect zoning approval by early November.
We have architectural plans and need a quote—including high‑level line items like materials, labor, and timeline estimates. Assume the goal is to deliver 9‑10 units for sale, with the highest possible ROI.
We’re seeking firms licensed and insured in MA, ideally with fire‑remediation or multi‑unit new‑construction experience.
