Deck Repair
It is in the Pipers Glen neighborhood. The issue is rot on the upper deck. That deck is wood, over a drain pan, which then becomes the ceiling for the lower patio. Drainage is obviously not working correctly and has caused rot on the side trim, and I am concerned about structural rot as well. Picture follows. We need a contractor that does decking. (Not a handyman level; I've already had two handymen look at it and both said it is above their expertise.).
