Paint all ceilings and walls with homeowner-selected colors and finishes.
Inspect and prep all electrical outlets (including plates and junction boxes) prior to wall finishes.
Laundry Area:
Relocate the washer and dryer, including associated plumbing and electrical connections.
Move/relocate wall furnace (if applicable)—ensure code compliance and safe clearance.
