Room Addition (Pre-Design)
Need an architect for plans for an aluminum Florida room. Make sure they are familiar with making aluminum room enclosures with windows. We wish to put up a Florida room that will be between 200 and 300 square feet off the back of the house. The subfloor will be concrete to attach structure. The structure will be built against the house and room addition; the other two walls will be glass windows and some wall.
