Bedroom Remodeling
Yes, I wanted to get a couple of bids from contractors with 4.7 or higher ratings to review the preliminary plans we have to remodel our bedroom section of a house built in 1972. I really don't want tons of phone calls, emails, or text messages from contractors.
We are a part of the Forest Hills City community, which has its own rules and regulations about construction, remodeling, etc. Well-experienced builders, remodelers or contractors would know this about our particular area of being listed in this particular "Brentwood, TN" zip code zone (37027), which is confusing to many, including home and business owners positioned in Davidson County with a zip code that is primarily just for Brentwood TN, Williamson County residents, businesses, etc.
