Residential Design
I'm looking for a residential designer for a long-term home renovation plan. I do not need a general contractor or building services. We just moved into a 1970s Cape-style home, which we believe is where we see ourselves long-term, but would like to make it more us and fit our goals but are struggling to develop the space in our own minds. I’m looking for: -A whole-house design master plan -Exterior design concepts -Interior layout options -A phased renovation roadmap -Renderings or visualizations -Construction drawings only as needed (for each project phase) This will be a multi-year plan where I’ll complete projects gradually with various contractors. Could you share your pricing or package options for design-only services?
