Plumbing / Drain Work
I purchased a new house. At the time of inspection, the inspector found that the laundry tube drain backed up the floor drain as they are connected to one another. Those drains (laundry and floor drain) did not tie into the main sewer line that exited the side of the house. The inspector suggests having a plumber add a new drain/standpipe to the 4" ABS drain in the basement. This new drain could receive the laundry tube and the clothes washing machine drains. This should be a straightforward and simple job. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
