Looking to get the front and backyard landscaped; however, we will be installing a pool in the backyard, so looking to initially to only have the front yard done. Lot size is 9,375 sq ft, with the home footprint around 4,765 sq ft, plus a driveway and walkway to front door. I've attached the home's site plan, as well as a draft design for the backyard, which includes a pool that takes up most of the yard. We don't live in the home yet, we currently live in Washington state, so we wouldn't be able to meet at the property, but you could walk the property to get an idea of the size of the project.

This is a large landscaping project, for which I have attached the scope of work here as well, but it involves removal of grass, grading for the dog park area, digging out the playground area so we can put something new in there, planting trees/plants, irrigation for these, removal of a tree, trimming of palm trees, and dumping/spreading rock. I have one cracked sprinkler valve. I already bought two new valves. I wanted someone to switch out both valves even though the one valve still works. I figured that I might as well change them both at the same time. I have already dug out the box and will do the replacement when the valves are changed out.
