Porch Work
Porch stairs and hand railings are rotted away and not stable at all top railings on the porch. A few of them are rot it rotten holes, deep holes, and around back of the house the wood that frames around the lower outside of the house is totally cracked and rotted away plus I don’t know if you do any cement work but I do have one block big block square of cement just before you step onto the stairs that is lifted and it is an extreme hazard unfortunately, I’ve been trying to contact one particular contractor that did the house inspection for us and he’s he’s not answering at all so I’ve given up on him and my sister-in-law Maria Veronica said you did work for her and she was very pleased so she recommended you very highly I am her sister Wilma Veronica.
